Your 100% satisfaction is important to us. Burten Hyde allows for returns for all products within 14 days of delivery. Please note that products are eligible for return only if they are not damaged, unused and in their original packaging. If you have received a defected, faulty, or incorrect product, please contact us through our customer service team and we will be happy to assist you. All return labels and shipping costs will be covered by you.

NOTICE:

All orders are processed immediately after they have been placed, and a purchase has been made. Orders may not be canceled if they have been processed and shipped. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the above terms and conditions. 

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

We have partnered with Happy Returns for a contact-free return experience to ensure your safety. Please click "Start Your Return", enter your order number, and then follow the prompts. Return your item(s) using the return link below:

Step 1: Enter your Shopify order number and zip code.

Step 2: Select the item(s) you will be returning and select the reason for the return. 

Step 3: Check your email for a return shipping label. Print the label and attach it to your package.

Step 4: Drop the package off at your nearest FedEx or USPS location. 

Refunds are processed once the return is received. Please keep the receipt of your return shipment that contains the tracking information. If your parcel gets lost, you should contact our customer care team at support@burtenhyde.com.
